Got in early because I had to pee and talked the door guy into letting us in. Such a fun show!! Also, it snowed while we were inside…not much of a surprise in December in PA 🤷‍♀️. The best part is that when we went to leave - because I had a field trip to Manhattan in the morning - we were kind of trapped in the parking lot. All was good though, because my 1975 Dodge Dart was able to make it over the curbs, etc. to get us on the road. Oh, but wait…the Dart didn’t make it out unscathed. We didn’t hear it at the time, but the exhaust took the brunt of the curb climbing - ya know, because of the spot we got close to the stage due to my small bladder and gift of gab. So, yeah, that’s my Letters to Cleo concert story. And also I had the biggest crush on Kay Hanley back then…and still do!!!
