Evilspoons Played as "Corb Lund Trio" - Corb with guitar and lead vocals, stand-up bass player and backing vocals, and guitar player. I don't have a proper track list but they opened with "Devil's Best Dress", and definitely played "El Viejo (for Ian)", "The Cardplayers", "When the Game Gets Hot", "Horse Soldier, Horse Soldier" (possibly as a combination with the Reprise version), "Insha'Allah", "I Wanna Be In the Cavalry", "Bible on the Dash", "Big Butch Bass Bull Fiddle", "Cows Around", "Truck Got Stuck", "Five Dollar Bill", and of course "Rye Whiskey/Time to Switch to Whiskey" as their usual closing song. They covered at least two songs by Ian Tyson, one of which was "La Primera". There was an encore but I can't remember which songs went where. Corb Lund Nov 17, 2024

Jamie Carnes Hi, and thanks for your comment! No, I’m afraid these photos are all I have of the Survivor show that year in Bowling Green. This was back in the day when I was still using a camera with actual film, and the number of shots I had was limited. .38 Special / Survivor Nov 17, 2024

Aesthete As usual at most venues these days, the lighting was dreadful. Backlighting the band and keeping the lighting dim, meant most of the time you could only see silhouettes of the band members, or at best, they were poorly lit by red or blue light. W. H. Lung / Anna B Savage Nov 17, 2024
