This was a free concert but they asked everyone having a ticket to “pay it forward” and help someone out. I did and do!

Incredible night seeing Dead and Company at the Fillmore in a special Pay-It-Forward free concert. Tickets were insanely hard to get and somehow I got 2 online. There was only one other person that we met at the show that got tickets online. Everyone else knew someone or won them. When we first got there there were probably 300 people and when they asked to separate those who had tickets and those that hoped to get a ticket there were only about a dozen that had a real ticket. Of course, Bill Walton was there standing in the back. I didn’t see him but my friend Tyler did. Short night by Dead and Company standards but what a cool place to see them. Being front row didn’t hurt either.
