The Trilogy Tour Jul 31, 2024 (4 months ago) GIANT Center Hershey, Pennsylvania, United States
Melanie debuted a brand new all-white outfit combination for the “Cry Baby” era at this show. The pants were reused from a previous outfit, but the top was brand new. This was the only time she wore this outfit during the North American leg of the tour. However, this outfit was reused once more on the EU/UK leg at the show in Cologne on 10/10/24.
This was Melanie’s first-ever tour stop and performance in Hershey, PA.
Melanie performed a shortened setlist (used for festivals) at this show for unknown reasons, despite it not being a festival.
Melanie did not perform the following songs from each album:
Cry Baby: - “Alphabet Boy”
K-12: - “Class Fight” - “Strawberry Shortcake” - “Lunchbox Friends”
PORTALS: - “TUNNEL VISION” - “LIGHT SHOWER” - “SPIDER WEB” - “THE CONTORTIONIST”
This was the first time Melanie did not perform “SPIDER WEB” throughout the entire NA leg and festival run. “SPIDER WEB” was also not performed at Osheaga Festival on 8/2/24 or Lollapalooza Festival on 8/4/24.
This was the final stop of the NA leg of the tour. However, for unknown reasons, it was not counted as such, with the Anaheim show on 6/27 being stated as the last stop.
This show followed a break of a little over a month from the previous stop in Anaheim. It was the first hiatus of the tour.
This was the first and only show on the tour to not use the regular stage design layout, instead utilizing the venue’s standard concert stage setup. This was most likely due to the arena’s smaller capacity and stage size compared to previous shows, as well as the stage and props being prepped for the upcoming EU/UK leg. As a result, many elements were changed, including the absence of projections, lifts, the catwalk, and the screen tunnel. In many aspects, this show was treated like a festival.
This was the first time dancer Jas Lin was absent from a show on this tour. Due to an injury, Jas Lin missed this show and was absent from all remaining tour dates.
This venue had the smallest capacity of all the stops on the NA leg of the tour, with a capacity of 12,500. It was the first and only show on the NA leg to feature a general admission-style pit.
This was the first show and only show on the tour to feature a solo opener, as well as a brand new opener who only performed for this stop of the tour.
