Was there at this awesome Rock Festival, never forget the drum solo from (In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida).
Pretty sure I was at this one. Went to a lot of in late 68 and all of 69. Don't remember seeing Steppenwolf but they were on my maybe list but saw all the others multiple times. For a while it seemed like almost every concert we went to at the Spectrum featured the Dead and Sly.
