Pedro Rafael Manjarrés Romero, (born in Valledupar on July 26, 1974) know simply as Peter Manjarrés, is a Latin Grammy-award winning Colombian lead singer, song-writer of vallenato music. His vocation as a singer was born initially as a hobby, but it was in 1999 that shows his profession as such.
